I found that this book just scratched the surface on most topics, written from a 10,000 foot view. I’m always interested to hear the take always from fans that already know a ton about the band.

I like steve hyden and his writing. And I took the book for what it’s worth and enjoyed it.

I'll report back. I've enjoyed the intro and first chapter well enough.

Picked up an 8qt air fryer last night. What we’ve been using is a 2qt. No more cooking in batches baby!

So far baked potatoes. Skin gets perfectly crisp while the insides are fluffy and tender. Broccoli would be a close second.

I reverse seared a Rib Eye on the Weber last night and charred some brocollini as well. Just olive oil and lots of salt over the hot coals. That shit was damn good.

No doubt a lot messier than using the old air fryer though, I'm sure.

Oh yeah, anything potato-related comes out delicious.
