fantastic dump this morning

had a lot of salad and lentils yesterday

girthy and long, with good connectivity, easy exit

if every day's dump could be like this, on this planet there would be no war

What if he comes from a long line of butt doctors? Like a proud family heritage. That would be cool

No.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I imagine them leaving the exam room, and as they close the door behind them they smile and say, "Got his ass."

Decent pop today after a few days of mediocre or incomplete ones, and not going yesterday.

I’ve been chugging a hot cup of water every morning the last few weeks and I think it’s helping. Need to be more consistent with my fiber intake also.

I've been drinking a cup of hot water with lemon for several months now, and I'm a big believer in its help in getting things moving. Sure, I drink hot coffee too, but my morning routine is hot water first, followed by coffee and water, as well as fiber intake (oatmeal).

I've not been going as regularly lately, but I attribute that to not walking as much.

How much fiber do you typically consume otherwise?

I don't keep track. I should though. I'm sure it's way more than the daily recommendation of 25-30 grams.

I don't follow everything you eat, but it seems like you eat some vegetables daily. Not that that's the end-all-be-all, but it helps.

The only other thing I can think of is water intake.

The other thing is you could just be joking around, and you're super regular, and you're f*cking with me, and that would be very disappointing.

I’ve slacked a little on veggies and more fibrous fruit. My water intake still seems high. No way I’m under 100 ounces most days, but I could drink more

If you think about it / stress less, you will become more regular.

You're still running too, right? I mean...who am I asking that? I'm barely getting 10k steps/day.

I wish I knew how to help. Sounds like you're doing all you can, and that's all you can ask of yourself. Have you seen a gastroenterologist about this?
