I don't keep track. I should though. I'm sure it's way more than the daily recommendation of 25-30 grams.
Teach me.
I don't follow everything you eat, but it seems like you eat some vegetables daily. Not that that's the end-all-be-all, but it helps.

The only other thing I can think of is water intake.

The other thing is you could just be joking around, and you're super regular, and you're f*cking with me, and that would be very disappointing.
I’ve slacked a little on veggies and more fibrous fruit. My water intake still seems high. No way I’m under 100 ounces most days, but I could drink more
You're still running too, right? I mean...who am I asking that? I'm barely getting 10k steps/day.

I wish I knew how to help. Sounds like you're doing all you can, and that's all you can ask of yourself. Have you seen a gastroenterologist about this?
I think you're on the right track with the hot water. It couldn't hurt to eat an apple a day--no joke--and drink plenty of water.

Everyone is different. I hope you start pooping on a regular basis, and the poops are the size of fully-formed kielbasa.

I don’t think I feel overly stressed. Just annoyed and a little frustrated at times.

Yeah I’m running a few times a week. No big changes on either end as far as miles per week go.

I’ve been to a gastroenterologist in the last few years for a few other things, but from what I’ve read online my situation isn’t really to the point of high medical concern. Also, I don’t want to be on more medication. Weak excuse, I know.

Thanks bro. I’ll try to remember to post photos of them on MySpace.

That’s your issue. I drink three IPAs, I’m shitting a horse the next morning.

All I think about is pooping and running, even though I fail at both.

It's very rare when that happens to me, but I end up wiping a few more times because i'm paranoid.

Didn’t someone on here claim they ghost wipe a lot and just trust it? Sounds like a Mickey thing.

How does one have an incomplete poop? I poop until I don't need to poop, and then I'm done pooping.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?
