A person in our department just turned in their resignation. I have a feeling my hot co-worker is going to leave sooner than later also. Pray for me not to lose my hot co-worker.
And they say that a hero could save us
I'm not gonna stand here and wait
I'm not gonna stand here and wait

I am not her manager, nor do I have the authority to grant raises. Though I could just go into the system and change her pay. Seems easy enough to get away with.wease wrote:Give her a raiselennytheweedwhacker wrote:A person in our department just turned in their resignation. The Monday after the Super Bowl is not always a very productive work day. People are dragging.

Re: The New & Unproved Work/Job/Career Thread
I have 32 people on my primary team that I directly manage. Their average tenure at my company is over 8 years. That seems pretty good.
