Good idea, that's all we will need to calculate the BMIs.

https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educat ... micalc.htm
I'm not sure that's accurate for every body type. I have a weird body. My legs are like pure muscle and all my pudge is in my belly and I have very strong shoulders, all without working out. I'm definitely overweight but not by as much as that says.
Yeah, it's only one measurement. Body fat % is much better but I don't know mine.

I'm a skinny guy, but I was not able to lose as much weight in my face. I ended up with some loose skin and probably stubborn fat that I am still trying to get rid of.

What is your obsession with weight all about? Avoiding illness? Longevity? Mood? Feeling sexy? Self worth?

Consistency I guess. Adding on extra 15 pounds (believe it or not) meant that I needed to buy new pants. Just didn't like the look of myself in a few photos I saw and decided to make the change.

Is there anything you miss about a fatter lifestyle? Drinking? Sweets? I've really been getting into Kit-Kats lately.

Now that I am back to baseline, I can have a few cheat days, but yeah, I love chocolate fudge brownies.

I'm around 6'1 or 6'2 without shoes. 180.1 on the scale this morning. Was in the lower 170s before the "dad bod/COVID bod" arrived.
