Just the pilot?
If so, hopefully the right one.
No no, the whole series. All the seasons and the film.

Im a huge fan of the horror podcast Halloweenies, and i encourage anyone to check it out. This season the guys will dive into the Child´s Play franchise and the first ep is a keeper. Lots of info about the movie. I love the franchise so much, and that first movie is untouchable.

A rewatch is coming soon.

I'll check it out. I currently get my horror podcast fix from With Gourley and Rust.

I also like the Eli Roth one and the Mick Garris one. The Boo Crew got super stupid last year so im not listening to it that much.

Fuck, Infinity Pool was a total dissapointment. Brandon is walking a path were he doesnt want to be compare to his dad, so is imposible for him to give us something really tasty. Also, I consider to be amateurish to show some body horror and then put a dreamy filter to present you the scene as a surreal nightmare. Show some balls, dammit.

I haven’t found a movie-related podcast that I can reliably enjoy, horror or otherwise. Most of them are just a bunch of dudes talking about stuff they read on Wikipedia. I do like some eps of the mick Garris and Eli Roth series VG mentioned but I mostly like the eps Roth doesn’t host - the other guy lets the guests talk more.

you should give Halloweenies a try, they are really good at analyzing whatever franchise they are tackling. They also have some interviews with cool directors from those franchise.

I loved their Halloween season, nightmare on elm street and scream. Didnt listened to the whole Evil Dead season but im looking forward to their reaction of the new movie, and their Child's Play started strong.

"Jethica"

an artfully-made, deadpan little indie horror comedy

less than 90 minutes, a great time

Scream 6.

I feel this one was a very solid entry until the killer reveal, which is the dumbest, most scooby doo from the franchise since Scream 3 maybe. Still Ortega and Barrera are so good in this, they deserve a better movie really.

I loved it. Brutal kills, great practical gore, and the best opening to a Scream film. The killer reveal wasn't great, but it could've been worse. Agreed on Ortega and Barrera, I hope they stay in the franchise as long as they make new films.

Only things I didn't like
Spoiler: show
Danny was an annoying douchebag, and it was too unbelievable that Mindy and especially Chad lived.

The opening was alright yeah. Different for sure. I liked the character development too although some of that stuff was a little cringy and repetitive...like them really trying to sell us the ¨four core¨ at all cost.

What did you liked about the ending? i thought it was the worst of the whole franchise, and that acting didnt help at all.
