Do you expect them to play music?

question for you: when you're working at someone's house, do you or your company stick a sign advertising your services in the front yard of the home? i've had this happen to me before (without asking our permission), and just saw a sign in my neighbor's yard this morning.

We put them up on exteriors, but we ask first. It's pretty good free advertising.

Do you invite people in to see your work? Maybe offer them lemonade?

this kind of reminds of me of when we bought our last new car (but not totally, since you ask permission first). the car dealer pulled it around with the dealer's license plate holder (basically free advertisement). i made them remove it. my wife thought i was ridiculous for doing so.
