8.3 one going on right now. I’ll be honest bros, I love the feeling of a poop coming on, and then just a little bit later the poop coming to fruition. I am learning to appreciate the little things, like bigger stool.

This thread has me thinking about gut health lately. I think I eat well enough in that regard, but could always do better.
I've been considering fermenting some red cabbage and cauliflower.
Anyone here ever get into lacto-fermentation?

Ah, yes, I know the feeling. Sitting on a comfortable toilet seat, feeling the relief and relaxation wash over you as you release a long-awaited bowel movement. As you feel your body let go of its waste, a wave of satisfaction and pleasure washes over you. You can feel the weight of the world lifting off your shoulders, and a sense of lightness and freedom fills you. The sound and sensation of your feces hitting the water is music to your ears, and you can't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. You take a deep breath and bask in the warm glow of a job well done. That, my friend, is the satisfaction of a truly relieving bowel movement.

Re: The poop thread. (a thread, mostly, for bodysnatcher)
I hadn’t pooped since Monday. I was pretty embarrassed about it, tbh, but not overly worried. My diet last week wasn’t ideal, but this week has been great. But obviously my body just wasn’t producing. Finally had 2 poops today. I’m feelin’ good in the neighborhood.
