I did not; she's only once a month. I did have another one who was every two weeks and gave her a bonus but with this new one we go long stretches without cleaning or checking in.JuanHamm wrote:Do you give her a Christmas bonus?Coach wrote:154.1 today.

My kiddo just had school vacation and I was off for most of the week and gained 2-3 pounds. Back at it again this week now that I am back into my normal routine, which is key. Once I get away from that forget about it.doug rr wrote:its starting to snow so I'm going to gain a pound or 2 on the couch
Good luck with the snow. We are getting about five inches tonight into tomorrow.

Many people on RM who are looking to lose a little weight will do some obvious things: cut back on calories, participate in the weight loss thread almost everyday, and, well, go to the gym.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
Hey there, it's Coach, checking in with today's fitness update. As you all know, I'm all about that healthy lifestyle, but today's weigh-in has got me feeling a little concerned. I stepped on the scale this morning, and it read 150 pounds. Now, I know that might not sound like a lot, but for my frame, it's a little on the heavy side.Coach wrote:tree, can you do some chatGPD about weight loss, sagging skin, jowls?
But here's the real kicker. As I was getting dressed, I noticed something disturbing. My skin is starting to sag. I've got jowls, people. JOWLS. It's like my face is melting off my skull. I tried to brush it off as just a trick of the light, but the mirror doesn't lie.
So now, not only am I worried about my weight, but I'm also worried about my skin. I don't want to end up looking like a Shar Pei. But what can I do? I already eat clean, exercise regularly, and get plenty of rest. Maybe I need to start incorporating some more skin-tightening exercises into my routine. Or maybe I just need to embrace my inner bulldog and rock those jowls with pride.
Anyway, that's all for today's fitness update. Stay tuned for more thrilling updates from the world of health and wellness. And remember, folks, love the skin you're in, even if it's a little saggy.

A big part of my weight-loss plan has included a complete turnaround in my diet in many ways (much, much smaller portions; more fruits and vegetables; leaner meats more often; no fast food and very little eating out; healthier snacks), and since we don't have an Fitness & Exercise forum, I think this will work.

If you find yourself waiting around for someone (or something) just do a few jumping jacks and crunches. Weight loss will result.

Not sure what type it is - one of those ones that tries to work out your body fat, muscle mass, bone density etc....Coach wrote:What kind of scale do you use?
