Also, new Rasmussen polling question asking "Is it okay to be white?" had a combination of "no" and "not sure" greater than 50 percent from black respondents. Seems totally reasonable to change your entire lifestyle based on Rasmussen polling, right?

Feds can and do prosecute people for all kinds of stuff, I'd rather they stick to actual crimes rather than squinting at the criminal code and deciding this is close enough.
