had to squeeze out a pretty hard rock this morning

i think bc i had some pepto bismol before bed due to slight heart burn

sounded like a stone hitting the bowl when it went in

2nd poop of the day was much better

I've just had one average one so far....once I go into the pantry though and grab a scotch I'm sure things will pick up

I woke up at 4 something this morning with some gut pains and ended up dropping a load. Unusual occurrence.

I still didn’t feel right when I awoke a few hours later and ended up making another deposit. Was prepared for an eventful day on the crapper, but no stops since.

not a smoker..once I get a whiff or scotch hits my lips though the bathroom isn't far behind...thats why I have a love hate relationship with some local bars

i think i am trending toward having two in the morning now too
