I would add Indifference to the list for sure. It's a must on any moody PJ list.
Other possible songs for this mood
Dead Man
Parting Ways
Hard To Imagine
Cold Confession
Long Nights
The Wolf

I waffled on 4 or 5 stars. It could do with a little less shine, so I went with 4.

No. Except for maybe Nothing As It Seems...that's a great song.

it's early to say for sure because everything is new, but I could see this being better than most of those.
Sometimes pearl jam will write a new song that is as good as an old song. It does happen.

Better than arc, the wolf, you are, I'm open, and maybe hard to imagine on a good day.

There have been too many penis jokes surrounding this song, and now it makes me laugh.

I kind of wish the ending went "Do the Pendulum.... uh uh uh uh uh.... uh uh uh uh uh... Do the Pendulum..."

This could have been a cool hidden track. But, it's fucking amazing and earned it's spot on an already great album.

Their best out and out ballad since Immortality, for me. Not counting CC because it was never on a record. Even if I do, Pendulum would probably edge it.
Pearl Jam is the only band I'll spend money on.
