I kind of like this dude. He’s my early pick to win it all.

Have they ever said why dudes are forced to wear damp boxer briefs instead of board shorts?

Finale this week.

This season has had a very impressive run of tribal councils/blindsides with last week’s being one of the best in the history of the show. It was fantastic.

Yeah, last week's tribal was awesome.

If I had to rank the final survivors in terms of most likely to win:

1. Jesse
2. Karla
3. Gabler
4. Owen
5. Cassidy

Jesse has the potential to be the third winner ever to play a "perfect" game (to never have a vote cast against you and to win unanimously). I can't wait to see the reactions if he plays his hidden idol in the next vote.

I’ve already put him on par with Boston Rob.

It was amazing that Cody gave his idol back to Jesse. Then to play it for Owen?!? All the while never telling anyone that he has an idol. Masterful.

I’ve been rooting for Owen for a while now, but I’m damned if I wouldn’t like to see Jesse win, too.

I guess living with these people 24 hours a day, you do start trusting people a lot more than what we as viewers watch on tv.

I wouldn't trust anything out of anyone's mouth if I was competing. Probably would not make it far.

Whelp, didn't see that coming.

I think Gabler killed it during the Jury Q&A

One of the more underwhelming Final 3s in recent memory.

Well fuck. I do think it was very interesting that practically the entire jury was rooting for Jesse in the fire challenge. If he had won, the million bucks was his.

I've been against the fire making part of the final four from the very beginning but was willing to give it a chance. After 10 seasons or so, I think it's safe to say that it just doesn't work.

Gabler definitely killed the Q+A. Guess I never realized he hadn’t gotten a vote. Still, people put way too much into the fire making challenge and held it against Cassidy too much for not doing it herself.

Final 3 was a toss up for me. Felt like Jesse and Cody were the best players overall either way, or at least who I wanted to win.

Good first episode. CRAZY tribal. The medics are already earning their pay for sure.

I was thinking about this while watching the current episode. I bet the boxer briefs help against chafing. With regular briefs or boxers you get a lot of thigh on thigh skin action and the boxer brief would help.

I feel like they saved all the applications from crazy people for this season; I don’t know if your Carolyns and Yam Yams are going to make it to the merge, but they are great characters.

No lie, my wife and I were watching this tonight, and when the guy who got the concussion jumped under the first obstacle, she said, “If he’s not more careful, he’s going to bash his head in.”

I’m surprised he wasn’t pulled for concussion that first day.
