Speaking of which, I've always been interested in doing a body cleanse so this feels like the right place to ask if anyone's done that.....

It’s a fad that has never been proven to provide any sort of benefit, other than temporary weight loss bc of calorie restriction and water weight. Which isn’t a benefit unless you’re trying to enter a certain weight class for a fight, or trying to impress an ex you haven’t seen in years.

yeah I've read that and that's why I've stayed away from it but curiosity might get the best of me if someone recommends a specific product.

I've also read that just drinking a shit ton of water accomplishes the same thing.

good point. years ago, i went to NYC to visit a friend, and i pooped in a Crate & Barrel bathroom.

Absolutely.

Juxtaposed to that bathroom, one time I was in an Aldi, and the feeling hit me, and when I walked into the bathroom there was blood and poop on the wall next to the toilet. I left that bathroom quickly and opted to try to make it home.

I am more interested in flushing out like toxins and shit but again seems like drinking water and getting good sleep will work from a quick Google search.

They say it's healthy as long as your schedule is consistent.

I am at least once or twice a day. The process is fine and the end product is glorious. I can't imagine what 2-3 times a week feels or looks like.
