I've always been pretty neutral on the Turtles. When I was a kid in the 80's there were dozens of other cartoons that I'd watch before getting to that show. I had a sleepover once and a kid brought the first live action movie over he really loved it and I played along but thought it was pretty goofy. My kids got into one of the 2000's revivals for a time. We still have a lot of the toys. This looks kinda cute I guess. I think my boys are too old now though.

This looks fun. Might take my oldest to see it in the theater. He's been on a huge Turtles kick the last year or so.

Re: TMNT: Mutant Mayhem
Oh man tons of stuff. Off the top of my head G.I. Joe, Transformers, Voltron, Jonny Quest, Ducktales, Robotech (the one with the Invid), Thundercats, Bionic Six, Silverhawks, Thundarr the Barbarian, He-Man, Centurions, Dungeons & Dragons....stuff like that. I'm sure I'm forgetting lots of stuff. Shows like Turtles, Real Ghostbusters, Inspector Gadget that were popular with some of my friends I'd only watch if I was desperate.BurtReynolds wrote:What were you into?bada wrote:I've always been pretty neutral on the Turtles. I'd watch the intro theme to Inspector Gadget cause the art was a higher quality then I'd change the channel when the episode stated lol.

The Ninja Turtles and Batman: The Animated Series were the two big ones for me as a kid.

Yeah in the 90's when they started moving away from a lot of the action figure type stuff I loved in the 80's there were fewer but still some great shows like obviously Batman TAS, Spider-Man, X-Men, Gargoyles, Exo Squad and the criminally underrated and forgotten Pirates of Dark Water.

That's a fun game! I'm horrible at it though my fingers don't want to button mash anymore. Too many years at the keyboard I guess. Old.Ms Harmless wrote:looking forward to it, I was obsessed with Turtles as a kid and I just bought "Shredder's Revenge" for the Switch, it's a blast
