The Wait Loss Thread

Post by dad »

Have you ever lost time waiting for something?

Was it a lot of time? How much? Did the wait significantly impact your day?

Did you lose time reading this post?

Use this thread to talk about time you've lost waiting for something.

If you want to combine this with the other weight loss thread in sports I'm ok with that, but let's leave it in sports.

today, i waited for the housekeeper to leave before i pooped, and i don't think the poop i made was as significant as when i really had to go while she was still here.

Your body probably absorbed some of it. Be on the lookout for sepsis symptoms.

Weighted only like 60 seconds for a prescription at CVS today so I am feeling good.

Didn't weigh myself today.

Low carb salad for dinner tonight.

31 minutes on hold with medical insurance then it kicked me over to leave a message and I hung up. Same thing happened last week.

62 minutes gone. GONE.

153.3 pounds this AM :D

Apple Watch identified new trend in that I am taking more flights of stairs. I stopped taking the elevator and now do the three floors on step.
