Why is that?

Part of the suckage of mine was a bad poop yesterday that had already caused me to wipe my butt raw. And this one was a decent log and a half, then a bunch that's sizes were akin to a shorter but slightly wider twix bar.

i have been focusing on exercising more lately and trying to eat less/healthier

would have historically expected glorious high-fiber morning dumps but they have been a little underwhelming tbh

I'll probably cook a chicken curry with some steamed broccoli on the side. Basmati rice, obviously. People who prefer jasmine are wrong.
