Once I cut out carbs, trading bagels for eggs/cheese my weight loss really improved. All that said, I did have some Dunks bagel minis this AM. :haha:

Attempted soft boiled eggs again. Yolks cooked again. I’m gonna have to give up with these I guess.

what are you doing wrong? they're so easy...1-2 eggs 5 minutes then into ice water for a couple minutes..3-4 eggs 6 minutes

put in the boiling water then turn down to med/med high

I didn’t turn the heat down and I boiled the eggs for 6 minutes. I did ice bath them for 2 minutes after the boil this time.
