Somebody making fried cubes of rice topped with a tuna and mayo mixture hit my socials feed earlier today, so that’s what I sought out. Delicious.

i have a neighbor who is a chef and she makes food once a week and sells it to ppl in the neighborhood for takeout.... she makes the fried cubes of rice w/tuna tartar on top and it is so fucking banging ... she has to limit the amount ppl are allowed to order per household bc everyone just orders them out. so good, love those
