Good that's under where you thought you'd be.

154.2 for me. Brutal weigh-in today. I don't mind a 154 on the weekends or on a Monday, but having that in the middle of the week means I am slacking.

PS I did poop for a third time after the weigh-in so I might be down to 154 even, as my poops are usually good for .2 to .3 pounds off.

Just took fourth dump of the day, so it wouldn't be crazy to think I'm around 153.8 or 153.9 right now.

151.2

Satisfying but a little misleading. I only had breakfast and dinner yesterday. Skipped lunch (ate an apple) cuz of work and meetings.

Yikes, 154.1 today. My weight is fluctuating a lot this week. Another brutal weigh-in.

Lenny, let's look into this:

Ozempic prescriptions can be easy to get online. Its popularity for weight loss is hurting those who need it most

184.4

I've lost 5 or so pounds this year, but I'm hoping to stabilize at about 185. I'm trying to put on a little muscle and lose some belly fat.

Congrats on losing five pounds. That's a decent amount of weight. I started to move around and feel better at that point.

Yeah I’ve used it a lot for exercise data. I’m only around 5-7 pounds less than the ideal weight for my height and age.

BMI is a b*llshit metric tho.

I feel like BMI is really hard...like hard to stay on the lower end of the range. I'm of course in the "healthy" and "normal" range.

Thanks, I had my foot amputated so unfortunately it hasn't improved my mobility.

Wow. Maybe incorporate some upper body weight lifting? When I added strength training to cardio things took off.

Not sure I would count on verb to provide support or counsel
