I do have to admit that I’m tired in advance of all the “Donald Trump wouldn’t have been the Republican nominee if he hadn’t been indicted” takes, as people memory hole the fact that he had more conservative voter support in primary polls than all other names combined going in to this week.
How many months is it going to take to resolve all the statute of limitations complications? All sorts of weirdness regarding residents vs non residents having different time limits to be charged and COVID extending the statute of limitations.
Some New York lawyers are going to be very disappointed if they clear up some of the conflicted rulings on some of these issues, they might lose some future billable hours.
