What movies are you watching?

I really enjoyed it. And I’ve seen it multiple times. It’s really good for the genre, relatively speaking.

Watched 65. Mixed feelings. The film falls squarely on the shoulders of the two leads, and the fact that they did such a great job is what saves this mess of tired tropes and plasticky CGI dinosaurs. I liked it, overall, and especially enjoyed some of the more ridiculous moments towards the end, but this would've failed completely with a different set of actors.

I really didn't like this movie. Not scary at all.

The mom kind of freaked me out a bit, felt sorry for the kid. All in all it was ok, nothing special.

I do tend to come off as condescending sometimes, unintentionally. I'm sorry I offended you. I was more just thinking out loud and confirming Anders' comment that he did a good job and why it was a good job.

I want to watch Amadeus again but don't want to pay for it. I watched a history buff video about it on youtube and apparently it's probably not very historically accurate at all. Fun to watch it as if it's from the perspective of an insane unreliable narrator. Though Mozart apparently really was very weird and childish.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
