well, and S/T, obviously.
I've decided I liked the S/T artwork, but the fact that the music didn't fit it (not quite drug-induced and trippy enough) sort of diminishes it. The last album I liked completely (including artwork) was Riot Act. So this is the best album and artwork since then for me.

5 Star songs since 2000 off the top of my head, go:

The intial top tracks for me are Getaway and Yellow Moon.

The beginning of Infallible sounds like Mega Man!

plus Parting Ways. I could see arguments for Of the Girl and Sleight Of Hand, but that's it.

I wish Jeff was a little louder in Getaway.

holy shit. which ones? it has not a single one for me... the highest would be Pendulum at a 4.5/5 and Getaway 4/5

their last 5/5 song for me would be 'All or None' 10 years ago :|
Opinions do be different, yo. I like a lot of these new crop very much. I couldn't give two shits about All or None.

Opinions are great and I'm expressing mine. It's art. I understand. No right or wrong.

I think that when you rate a song a "5" or a "4" or even a "1" you've got to look how you've rated similar PJ songs in that category and ask yourself: "Do these belong in the same recognition or category?"

It's now clear that he's in charge of everything. He's probably even named all of the band's children.

Sleight of Hand is the best song they've ever written.

None of those are 5 stars for me, but all strong songs.

Infallible, Pendulum, Getaway, Yellow Moon, My Father's Son. I'm not sure I can count 5 on Binaural and Riot Act combined.
Pearl Jam is the only band I'll spend money on.

best PJ closer post '00 for me... stunning/gorgeous song... not cheesy dreck like Sirens, Future Days, Just Breathe, The End, etc.

Even within the 5 star range there's lots of room.

I don't know if any songs on here will be 5 stars. But quite a few will come close.

not really.. 5/5 = essentially a perfect song that you have zero complaints about, of which that hasn't happened for a decade with me
