It's a combination of factors. I have a physical disability that causes social anxiety and physical pain which can make me feel pretty bad.

I'm also struggling a little financially at the moment, despite making a lot of positive changes recently, which is frustrating.

I quit smoking cigarettes and pot about a month ago as well, which I'm happy about, but it's been fucking with my head a bit.

Overall I'm on a good path (I'm exercising and eating better - as well as taking better care of my finances) and I just need to be more patient with myself, but patience has never been my strong suit.

The thing I like most about Tommy is how unpretentious he is. He likes shit just because he likes that shit. The Sound, for example -- a great band that no one seems to give a shit about, except for him. He occasionally drops hints that his finger is still on that pulse, but he cares not who he influences. He just does. Because he's cool like that.

If everyone was cool like Tommy, the world would be a lot less shitty.

I feel that. Moving yourself in the direction you need to be in order to get better takes a lot of effort, but then on top of that you have to wait for time to do its thing. It's a stupid system! Good luck
