Both two immaculate compositions, but it's an easy vote for Release for three reasons

1. Release is one of Eddie's all time best vocals
2. I generally prefer the sound of Ten era Ed to Binaural era Ed
3. Probably every live version of Release ever is something special, and Insignificance usually disappoints compared to the studio (to keep harping on that)

holy shit wtf is happening here? insignificance is great, but release is one of the most emotionally moving pearl jam songs. between the lyrics and EV's delivery, easy vote for release here.
