I lost 15lbs last week. I was moving some free weights from my parents house and the set is short a 5 and a 10.

153.1

That’s after two poops and two iced coffees today. So maybe some weight loss from poop but gain from the water.

152.0 this AM.

The tactics put in place yielded about 1.1 pounds of weight loss in one day. Most likely water weight, but still, a nice experiment for the weight loss thread.

I had a late breakfast at 11. Dunks coffee and an order of everything bagel minis.

Thinking about a VERY light lunch, then a small snack around five before hitting the gym.

I could easily - I think - lose 1.2 to 1.3 pounds today.

I followed through w/ a light lunch. Turkey burger w/ cheese (no bun). That's a nice protein and energy boost along with this Coke Zero. I am set for success today. Need to stick with it though. :peace:

I was thinking about Mr. Burns and weight loss today, and I must say, he does a good job keeping off the weight. His posture could use some work (maybe more milk), but hail, hail, sir.

My BMI came in today at 23.3. This is nice, but, for summertime, it might be best for me to be around the 22 range what with pool parties and such.

I guess if you eat nothing and burn 4000 calories today you could.

I could try wearing the plastic trash bag to the gym, too.

Here's a link to one of my favorite (and recently discovered) BMI online calculators. This one's from Harvard Medical School.

i've been tracking my caloric intake this week; goal is to lose a couple pounds a week. only day three, but i've managed to come under my daily allotment each day, totaling over a thousand calories. plenty left today so far, might allow myself a lite beer or two tonight.
