Very nice Spike. I've never counted cals, so curious how that goes.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
I’m not sure I could consistently lose weight without doing it. Only if I exercise like two hours a day.
I was obsessed with counting approximate daily calories for a few years. A few months ago I somehow broke that. I will still start to occasionally, but I’ve controlled it well.

Damn, I missed lunch because of a meeting. Hungry, but need to leverage this moment for some spiked and unintended weight loss.
Lenny, be careful. If you need to bow out of this thread, do so.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
Nah I’m good but thanks for the concern bro. It’s wild though because before 2020 I doubt I ever once thought about how many calories food/drinks have. Crazy how an obsession could strike so quickly.Coach wrote:Damn, I missed lunch because of a meeting. Hungry, but need to leverage this moment for some spiked and unintended weight loss.

Obsession is anxiety, just in a different form. So if you had a little general anxiety that can manifest into other fun shit.

I believe that three pounds is the equivalent size of 12 sticks of butter.

Thanks Coach.
For the record, I am 6'1".
I'm going to order an additional 100 lbs of resistance for my Bowflex this week and kick it up a notch.

Your BMI is 23.88, that's the normal zone.
I'd kill to be 6-foot-1.

My wife got pretty upset when I told her how much a 6’2” man’s daily calorie allotment is.

Tough weigh-in today at 153.7. The extra poundage has to be from eating too late. No worries, today should be a more normally timed sequence of meals.

Nice, you are definitely losing right now. Keep it up. Dropping a ton of water weight, which probably feels good.JuanHamm wrote:178.8 - holding steady
Lenny, 145 to 113 doesn't seem healthy, dude.
