Salt and pepper. I almost did cheese grits but kept it simple

Imagine you’re in the middle of learning English and you think snatch is eating sand for breakfast.

I'm going to be trying out Oats Overnight Shakes next week. I really need something easy for breakfast or I just won't eat anything.

last night i made baked oatmeal for the kids. it's basically a casserole or cobbler: oats, fruit of choice, milk, 2 eggs, butter, vanilla, and brown sugar.

i landed on blueberries as the fruit and what a mistake that was. most of them just burst, making the whole thing soupy. the kids opted to eat something else, and now i've got leftovers for the rest of the week.

this morning, i put a few spoonfuls of it into a pot, along with some more oats and a splash of almond milk.
