Because Grogu’s been relegated to scenery as they delve further into the boring Mandalore stuff.

Just watched the latest which I think is Chap 21.

The X-Wing actor either can't act or it's the dialogue.

I agree that they need to bring Grogu back into the front of the line.

I’ve seen the idea floated that his storyline has been adapted from the abandoned rangers of the republic series and theyve just brought it in here.

I’m not sure we needed a series about rangers uncovering the underworld and rise of the first order. Easier to just make it a strand in Mando and Ahsoka series.

*Was supposed to be a big cast and Gina carano but she got fired for being a horrible person.

Chapter 22 - “guns for hire”

Jack Black Lizzo & Christopher Lloyd baby!!!!!
A Fun episode/ side story but didn’t really move the story along my only complaint
Christopher Lloyds character was ok. Reminded me of a clone wars character.

Bo earns the darkSabre. Again.

Fuck em.

Pure clone wars episode. Animate that and it’s clone wars.

That was earlier than I expected. She’s leader again. Though that was gonna be the final episode so obviously there’s a huge crease about to come for the finale. I’m up for it.

The video game side quest structure has become....tiresome. If I'm just watching cut scenes at least let me play the game. The Disney Jr level dialogue of the royals was an interesting choice. I'm not close to ditching the show I just wish it was better.

Yeah, I saw that she said some unfortunate things online.

I dunno man, I like Mando but maybe just one more season. I feel like Season 3 is the weakest thus far.

Honestly, I wished they would roll the dice with a new SW movie. It's time.

I'm prepared for joey and dime to tell me I'm "not a real SW fan", but man, that was a really terrible episode. That would have been bad as an animated Bad Batch episode.

Dialogue was bad.
Cramming famous actors all into one episode - yikes
The way Bo ends up with the Dark Saber was very anti climactic and disappointing. It is essentially how she got it the first time. And the rest of the mandalorians just believed that story that Din told them? "you won it from me back on Mandalore - the place where all these people still think is uninhabitable - so here, it is yours".

Agree with you completely. 3 seasons would have been ideal. But this is just part of the whole big thing. It’s gonna crossover and tie into Ahsoka and more to come.
They have all this mapped out we just have to hope it’s worth it.

I would never do that? Nor would he.

If you animated that it was a clone wars episode. Simple as.
Just laying groundwork for things to come (when they take back mandalore if I had to guess)

Jack black took me all the way out of it. But he didn’t ‘do’ jack black in it. So it’s ok.

The thing with the saber at the end, I’d say your climax with that is to come.
Is the armourer gonna accept her now as leader? Will those mandos and the religious extremist mandos with the armourer settle together? (Doubt it)

It’s all to play for. We’ve only two eps left to see. But I think a huge sucker punch is coming

You're a real fan. When you are critical, like me, that's ok. It makes our praise, when appropriate, more significant.

hate to come back to RM with negativity but i echo Ruddo's message.

This season has been a super let down. The kidnapped prince creature LOOKED awful and then speaking with a straight british accent was really strange. The celebrity castings take me out of the already weak story and dialogue. Its almost as if Favreau has maybe already moved on and set his sights elsewhere. I have no idea.

After the incredible Andor, perhaps im just seeing Mando in a different light but right now its either too much world building with no focus or just a huge nosedive in storytelling and approach.

Hey guys.

Jack Black and Lizzo?

I think that made my decision to not renew Disney+ to watch S3 yet a good one.

Hey dude

Yeah, I agree with a lot of what you said. The board is kinda split on SW these days. I remain optimistic but there have been a decent amount of duds and mishaps, false starts, etc.

Ps this is all very carefully timed

The British accents on the walking seafood in the intro.

The Queen knighting Grogu

Star Wars celebration is this weekend. In London. England.

It’s almost like they plan this stuff out.

What a shock.
