You guys have any low carb meal ideas?

I need to add a little variety to my scrambled eggs, meats, salads, etc. game.

Definitely. I did the same. Plenty of low calorie yet satiating options. Like oatmeal hehe.

153.2

Gained about a pound in water weight over the last 24 hours. Sweating a lot under my arms so I wonder if that's related. Feel good though.

176.8 this morning. I'm adding in some extra protein now because I want to build more muscle.

Yeah I’ve been skipping breakfast cuz I just don’t think about it. I should do mid morning oatmeal or eggs, which could get me to dinner (with perhaps a healthy snack in the afternoon).

Maybe I’ll make a big batch of hard boiled eggs. Grab and go.

When I dropped an initial 5 pounds or so, it was probably all muscle, so kudos to you for identifying this early.
