MD is living in some alternate reality where PJ announced anything of consequence outside of the 10th.

I think both the 2020 shows and rescheduled dates were announced outside of the normal 10th newsletter.

While tours are not typically announced on the 10th, this might be the exception. That might explain why we got a newsletter last week.

So, is the Dallas show(s) at Dos Equis or AAC?

Nevermind. No Dallas. Ft Worth...

For real? Fort Worth? That would be a huge show for the new arena, Dickies, which is pretty good.

I was a bit annoyed to see Santos post on Facebook while I was out of town, but I guess that was overblown, because that was a week ago and no one has said shit.

From a tourist perspective, there's more to do in Dallas.

I guess it all depends on what you want to do. Dallas does have more developed districts, but Fort Worth has made strides the last few years. Dickies is walking distance from three world-class museums. If they do play Fort Worth, I'll be sure to mention what parts of town have what Again, I'll be surprised if they are playing here, especially since AAC in Dallas has a greater capacity (~18000?) than Dickies (~14000), and I really don't see them playing Texas Motor Speedway. Bass Hall would be cool, but it's small (~2000).

I mean, I am betting they announce Ohana and the. A couple of days later we may be looking at a tour announcement. Since the fest is Eddie’s deal, they likely won’t detract attention by announcing a tour right the , but maybe Thurs or Fri they announce whatever dates they have in the fall with a chance to enter a 10C lottery through the weekend. Just my hunch without any legit info.

War on Drugs, Goose, and The Backseat Lovers should all be good. Foo Fighters are very entertaining. There’s stuff here. I am not going but whoever does will have a blast.
