:luv:

Update. Off to the gym. Never pooped there but I once got a nasty bloody nose and had to go into the stall for awhile to make it stop.

i think my body was processing the confluence of easter over eating, allergy medicine, glasses of wine, and dehydration

have not had both the simultaneous urge to shit and the inability to shit like that in a long time

last time was dehydrated while in the dry air of park city

i have drank copious amounts of water now

and eaten only fiber-centric foods today

and drank a probiotic smoothie

here is hoping for tomorrow

and new day

a new dawn

a new hope

a new poop

Name: Coach
Frequency: 2X day
Clean-up: Usually old school TP, but have fresh wipes just in case.
Cushion seat or regular: Regular. I enjoy what the cushion toilet seat is going for, but I feel like keeping it clean would be tough. It is comfy though.
Favorite location: I have the master bedroom, so I prefer the master bath that is connected. It's my own private toilet. The lighting is nice, sun shines through in the AM. The fan is noisy, yet powerful, just how I like it. Can lock bedroom door and poop with bathroom door open, which offers a nice view of the bed. Just a nice quiet spot to be isolated for awhile.

I thought it might be helpful for all the regulars to check in, been having trouble keeping track of your habits, etc.

Everybody in this thread tonight should have at least one extra glass of water before bed and do some anti-stress breathing exercises.

You seem to associate a lot of anger with your pooping. You should explore that.

God, the Master Bedroom poop is pleasant. I think we are going to hear about this location from others and I can't wait. Thanks for sharing. I use Angel Soft TP.

I like to utilize all the bathrooms in the home. Keep those pipes on their toes.

Except one of the bathrooms at the lake because it’s kinda cramped.

ever since i started exercising more ~2 months ago, I think I have had more testosterone release. And i have been eating less, and less of the things I like - which makes me less happy. And my poop quality fell off a cliff - until today

here's to hopefully being over the hump

we have a cramped one that we affectionately refer to as the "veal box."
