I'm not a good judge of that. I guess some of the creatures are kind of scary? I really don't know

I've got a soft spot for fantasy movies, so the trailer looked OK to me. UNTIL! That gag at the end with Chris Pine playing the lute. I thought, meh, nvm, it's silly stuff

I never saw the trailer. I try to avoid them these days. They give way too much away.

Been longing to see this again in a proper way. Saw it after a torrent once. Think it might be one of the better traditional westerns released in the 21st century.

By traditional, I don’t mean with 1950s values, it is a revisionist western. Rather I mean a movie about life in the 1800s western frontier of the USA (or of what is now the USA). Especially movies set in the 1870s to mid 1880s.

The high amount of extremely personal information and footage of Bourdain is quite jarring. This one is really getting to me.

Just finihed it. A+. I don't think a documentary has ever gotten to me like this one.
