A doug omelette and pumpernickel toast.

Used the garlic and herbs cheese instead this time. I guess Kroger is discontinuing that flavor as it was the only one marked down to a quarter of the regular price. And they’re still in date for t o months. So I bought two of them.

A play on eggs Benedict I guess. English muffins with grated Parmesan, bacon and fried egg on top.

I need to start eating better in the morning. I don't eat poorly -- a bowl of cereal with oat milk and usually fruit. But I figured I should incorporate more grains.

i guess this is probably a better post for the rando food thoughts thread. but whatever.

I feel this way about my mid-day eating. I don't eat poorly, but I'm constantly fatigued around 3-3:30p.
