Getting a bit desperate.

Headlines:

"Clarence Thomas has for years claimed income from a defunct real estate firm"

"Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas reportedly has been claiming thousands of dollars annually from a shuttered real estate firm"
Thomas has reported income from a firm called Ginger, Ltd., Partnership over the last two decades, but in 2006 it was shut down and replaced by a new firm, the report said. The new firm, Ginger Holdings, LLC, is similarly named, but there is no mention of it in Thomas’ records.

They really need to start phase three now; go after his wife and kid.

Roberts has the authority to remove judges? Isn't the only remedy impeachment in the Senate?

Today's case is right up GH's alley, he's probably dreading how it might turn out.

Felt left out Gorsuch?
It emerged Tuesday that after nearly two years of trying to sell a vacation property, Gorsuch and two partners found a buyer — who happened to be the head of a major law firm that often practices before the high court. That's according to a financial disclosure report, which shows the sale to Greenberg Traurig CEO Brian Duffy came a month after Gorsuch was appointed to the Supreme Court in April 2017.
