I went ahead and did the $100 voucher for 2 games on the eShop. Getting 2 first party games for $50 each seems like a good deal given they rarely get discounted.

That sounds appealing to me. What games are available for this? How do I do it? I suppose I would want Luigi's Mansion for the kiddo.

It's a perk of being a Nintendo Online member. You can access it in the eShop in the Nintendo Online section.
My 5 year has really enjoyed co-op in Luigi's Mansion 3 and Super Mario 2D World.

3D World? My 4 year old loves that game, too. Well rats, I'm no longer a member.

I made a fuckton of meals to survive it but burned all weapons and shields out.
I can’t do lynels at all
Stasis is your friend. Don't use wooden shields or wooden weapons. Go get the Hylian shield now. You can use it the rest of the game except during lightning.

Forgot about that shield. Will do. Thank you
Also, every npc in the game has a funny reaction if you talk to them naked.
The korok seed guy is the funniest. ‘You’re naked! Nakey nakey naked! We are kindred spirits I am also naked! We are United in exposure!’
And then he won’t deal with you until you put some clothes on.

Also. Was fighting a lynel last night and he just disappeared in a pink sparkly cloud and then reappeared about 30 seconds later?
Can’t figure that out. I had eaten some monster food I’d made. Could it have been that?

In Elden Ring, when you’re fighting a dragon in a big open space, if you force the dragon out of a designated area, he disappears and reappears back in the middle of the space. Maybe it’s the same with Zelda, don’t remember
