Ended up with tuna (no bread), cheese, tomato and finished the last bit of some beef jerky I had.

Our CFO is hosting a low country boil at his house for lunch today. Looking forward to it.

I'm doing spring mix, carrots, cucumber, Italian cheese blend, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of chopped bacon and a small amount of ranch dressing. I'm not particularly concerned about it being high calorie. I'm just trying to get some vegetables and protein in me.
