I'll be honest and say I haven't stepped on a scale in a very long time..I just know I've lost weight and my pants are loose and I'm always pulling them up at the grocery store

Notes from your last physical are probably online. Grab those, weigh in tomorrow AM and share the good news!doug rr wrote:I'll be honest and say I haven't stepped on a scale in a very long time..I just know I've lost weight and my pants are loose and I'm always pulling them up at the grocery store

Q: how long does it take to build muscle:JuanHamm wrote:178 this morning. Hopefully that extra pound is muscle.
A: 'Most beginners will see noticeable muscle growth within eight weeks, while more experienced lifters will see changes in three to four weeks. Most individuals gain one to two pounds of lean muscle per month with the right strength training and nutrition plan.'

Weighed in at 154.3 after my first poo this AM. An hour later, after a second poo, I came in at 154.0.

No booze or bad foods for me since Friday; it's amazing how much weight you drop and how good your poops are when you eat and drink the right way.

My BMI is down to 23.31.
Normal range is: 18.5 - 24.9.
I'm digging the online calculator I found from Harvard Med School a few weeks ago because it spits out results to the one hundredth.
