Re: The Weight Loss Thread
As of this morning, I’ve lost seven lbs since last Friday. Being very busy at work, trying to get over whatever upper respiratory condition I’ve had and ceasing after supper snacking have set me up for a good start. Hopefully I can continue.

Dang. Good on you for cutting the late night snacking. Just don’t lower calories too much at the expense of energy. And eat okra every day.

Nice, late night snacking is a killer....I replaced the chips, bread, Doritos, and such with peanuts, fruit, and veggies and that does help. If I am feeling crazy I'll eat a cheese stick.wease wrote:As of this morning, I’ve lost seven lbs since last Friday. Re: The Weight Loss Thread
If I work out harder during the day it makes me hungrier, but also more tired after dinner. Going to sleep earlier helps to avoid the late night snacking. Just try to pump it to the max and pass the F out.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
With all the steroids I’ve had this week it’s been a big challenge not to just feed my face continuously after supper.

When I work out I get tired and more hungry, too. It's tough. A balancing act.

Would a protein shake help the hunger/tiredness dynamic? For whatever reason I don’t feel that hungry afterward.

Yes, I think a shake would help.
