Too many drinks last night resulted in a fun time, but too many loose stools this AM.

Drinking a ton of water and peeing a lot now (clear) so think I am back to being hydrated.

had lunch and a rare PM coffee and now liquid butt spit

Solid poo before lunch. One above average log and a few small ones. Plus a little loose stool, but it all came out easily. The wiping wasn’t bad, but I was having to deal with a work situation so didn’t finish as quickly as I would have.

Looks like a so-so day all around for us.

I've leveled off, peeing very clear right now. No poo. Think I am hydrated again.

I found a chart online of different pee colors and what it means. Looks like I am well hydrated. Not a lot of yellow happening here.
