It raises an interesting question. How many pages will this thread have by election time four years from now? Election 2020 is 530 pages, though a lot of its thunder has been stolen by the 1330 page Donald Trump thread. Election 2016 is a relatively brisk 472 pages.

Not only that, the election 2020 thread gained like 30-40 pages in the last few days, record pace it seems.

I suspect ratings go down everywhere once Trump is out of the spotlight.

Virginia Democratic Party Primary Turnout

2009: 319k
2013: 145K
2017: 543K
2021: 469K and counting (probably around 10k left to count)
