started today off with two nice dumps in between a homemade iced americano. don't feel entirely emptied out though, so will keep you updated.

It's been about two hours since those first two dumps of the day. I feel good. I think I'll keep emptying out my bladder, as I took a water pill for a little bloat.

I’m going out of town next week and that usually throws me off. At least it used to. I’m already thrown off in general these days, so it may not make much difference. Think I’m still going to pack a laxative though.
