Had an early AM poop around 8 am that went ok. Feel the need to go again. Just kinda holding it in for a bit until I am ready.

I'm glad that I held that second dump in. I was able to get it all out at work.

If you try to rush a second poo, that's when you can get into trouble with unfinished business. Rather, wait it out to collect everything up for a nice clean release.

4 poops already this morning all solid and dark due to the pepto bismol

2 poops today. One at home, one at the customers house.

Both required only one wipe. My increased salad consumption is paying dividends.

I've had a good late morning and early afternoon. No more movements or activity to report. I am resting comfortably at my desk.

Thought I was going to have a log due to the heaviness I was feeling. Sit down, push, and mostly liquid exited. That was very unexpected, but I do feel better.

I pooped four times the other day and documented it, so got close. They weren’t very satisfying though. Quality over quantity, my man.

When I woke up today, I didn't feel the desire to go, but after some iced coffee, I ripped off a pretty decent poop and feel good. I weighed in at 155 before the poop, but didn't weigh myself afterward.
