Nice work fellas!

I am back on track, lost a couple pounds over the last few days and down to an even 155. This is still 1-2 pounds more than I feel comfortable with, so I will be back at the gym tonight.

I was stuck around five pounds lost and then the flood gates opened and I was down another five pretty quickly. Ride that wave!

at peak winter blubber weight i was prob just over 190
