I hear they are convenient, but you pay a premium.

It seems that they will pay more for a car than you will get on a trade-in at a dealership, though.

I know a couple of people who’ve bought from Carvana and they had no issues. Seemed pretty simple. No knowledge of anyone selling, tho.

This. Going to trade in our Tucson once the Tesla arrives. Caravana/Carmax are offering like two thousand more than a dealership.

Also, purchasing a Tesla is kind of a chore. You do everything through the app, and have to serve as intermediary between them and your lender. Make sure all the paperwork is provided etc.

Carmax is supposedly going to give us a couple grand more than Carvana for our Tucson.

Hoping they don’t realize the backup camera doesn’t work anymore…

This was definitely the case. Parked, went in, had a check in hand ten minutes later. They had taken her away by the time I left.
