Re: The Weight Loss Thread
I've been getting up on the early side lately to make iced coffee, so I generally like to have some coffee first and then dump out. So, I have been just been like weighing in first thing before all that right when I wake up.JuanHamm wrote:What's with the dump delay?Coach wrote:Nice work fellas! working off a couple years of Covid lockdown blubber
if I see an area that is still carby, I want to work out that area
my guess is I should not get below 165
but if I am lean and in good shape then so be it
I just focus on Bruce Lee style exercise
no weights
just situps, pushups, chinups type stuff
and let my body find it’s equilibrium
still got some back and love handle chubb to work on

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
that's awesome
i've just kind of had fat all over
need the body to break it down and get rid of it
chinups are doing work on the back mid section
need body to re-absorb this extra skin

I'm just going to do a salad for lunch and see if I can get back down to 152-53 before the weekend.

To be honest, I wouldn’t mind putting on weight but I don’t think I can without eating really badly
