Procedure’s in a few hours so home stretch for sure. My deposits are light yellow and free of solids, so ready to go.

The day prior wasn’t so bad. I didn’t really get hungry, and you can still eat broth or Jello if you need something. The first dose is kind of shocking how quickly it works, but it’s also kinda nice to flush out the system. I got good sleep too.

Day of so far is a drag. I had to get up at 5am to take my second dose, and then it starts all over again but you’re over it. Also, I’m now hungry af and can’t have anything resembling food.

this was my experience as well. i was ready to eat actual food.

You should have weighed yourself before and after and then report the weight loss to the weight loss thread.

Maybe weigh yourself now and then a week later weigh yourself to see what you gained, etc.

Supposedly you’re still supposed to watch what you eat for the next day or so after, so I’ll probably just have some soup this afternoon. It’ll be amazing though.

My dad had some colon stuff, so they recommended I get on it at 45. Also why I couldn’t do the poop in a box thing.
