3 gray whales hanging out today..saw a few eagles and 2 cotton tails in the back yard..the newly planted tomato plants are coming along..we're going to start drinking soon..go Kraken

so in order to get rid of my stepfathers car (a 2008 for focus) i have to have any heirs (since he didnt have a will) sign off on it. problem is his biological sons disowned him 20+ years ago and havent been in contact once

what a gigantic pain in the ass
Did the Mother Fucker pay extra to yell?

This sounds like one of those "go around in circles" things that has the potential to drive you crazy. You can't insure it as you aren't the owner. You can't change the ownership because of red tape. And you have to deal with the Dept of Transport (I assume) who will happily not help you in any way shape of form.
