Even though I'm about 2-3 pounds heavier than I like, these two dumps really cleared me out and my pants are fitting nicely today.

Lenny has some very consistent moments, but then has a hiccup or two. I still think he's on a positive trajectory. He just needs to work harder and keep posting.

I felt signs of a second, and planned to handle it before taking a late morning shower, but I got sidetracked in the kitchen then hit the shower as the urge passed.

dropped one in the afternoon, odd timing, but was a mega load with a heavy funk odor at first but finished quiet
