Yeah I'm from Cleveland so while I think he was a great football player (no, The Browns are not named for him either), I also think he was a piece of shit as far as a lot of his personal life goes. Not the civil rights activism, the really long "Assault Allegations" section of his Wikipedia. And naturally everyone is fucking whitewashing that part here in Cleveland today.

He was one of the main reasons Rome actually worked, can’t think of too many actors who could be believably likable in that role
